Kosher Plum
The Zwack Kosher Plum Pálinka is made according to the Orthodox tradition. The whole process from fruit harvest to the bottling is checked by the Orthodox Jewish community and the Union of Orthodox religious supervisor, in order to meet the strict hygiene standards.
Originally the holy waters of Mount Carmel in Israel were bottled in the Kosher flask that is still used today, considered to be the secret of a long and healthy life.
The Kosher flask appeared in Hungary around 1945, and since then Kosher beverages can only be sold in bottles of this type.
Today this form of bottle enjoys trademark protection.
Today Kosher Palinka is one of the dominant player in the premium spirit market.
