Black Velvet is a high-quality Canadian whisky. Only the finest ingredients are used in its production – the crystal-clear water from Canadian mountain streams, along with the famous Canadian rye and corn. These ingredients create the whisky essence, which is aged for two years in oak barrels. Afterward, this essence is blended with a specially purified base whisky and aged for an additional four years. Thanks to this unique process of secondary aging, Black Velvet whisky has an exceptionally smooth and velvety taste. This characteristic sets it apart from other types of whiskies, such as Scotch and bourbon.
