This estate wine is the result of a blend from various vineyards. The aim was to combine the fresh fruit character with spicy notes. This wine truly lives up to its estate name, as it is ideally suited for everyday drinking and pairs well with almost anything. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit-forward character, and after a relatively short aging period, it was bottled.
With a medium ruby color, the aroma features a mix of cherry and black berries, complemented by a hint of spice and mint. The texture is silky, with a refreshing finish that carries a touch of mint and bitter chocolate.
Pairing recommendations: It’s excellent with lighter white and red meats, pasta, one-pot dishes, and makes a great companion for casual gatherings or friendly conversations.
