After destemming, the grapes were placed into closed steel tanks for nearly 2 months. After fermentation, the wine spent 16 months in Hungarian and French oak barrels, 20% of which were new and 80% used. After bottling, the wine aged for another year in the cellar. In the glass, it presents a deep, clear color. The nose is led by secondary aromas, with earthy, mineral, and woody notes creating a pleasant harmony. On the palate, fruit flavors, such as cherry, take the foreground, accompanied by hints of punch and some chocolate, which beautifully complement the spice notes from the barrels. The finish is long and memorable.
