A light straw yellow appearance. The aroma features elderflower, citrus fruits, and juicy grapes. On the palate, it is dry with lively acidity, an elegant and light body, and a rich fruity flavor profile. Our true wine-inspired Irsai Olivér, to which we blended Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Olaszrizling in 2023. A wonderful white wine creation, excellent as a solo wine or as a base for spritzers. A great choice to pair with salads, dishes made with fish or white meat poultry, and fresh cheeses.
